With increased globalization and accelerated change, the number and complexity of problems that we face are also increasing. Our ability to constructively address these problems is critical to our very existence as individuals, organizations, and as a civilization in general. Unfortunately, our current management model is insufficient to deal with the ever-increasing complexities of our time.
